The aim of the project is to evaluate the improvements from the acquisition of the tower owned by Fondo Catullo.

To do so, the three tower were analysed under different parameters: floor area, guest rooms area, number of guest rooms and area dedicated to services, which were distinct in provided and contracted.

Moreover, a new layout for the tower C was designed to match the existing project developed for the towers A and B.

To maximize the area dedicated to the guest rooms, the stairs were moved from the left side of the building to the center. By doing that, it was possible to insert a cavaedium where the original stairs were and consequentially to bring light to each floor.

Another cavaedium were also placed in the right side of the building in order to place two more guest rooms to each floor. In the end, one of the three lifter was removed to let every room to be reached.
