The project features an urban development plan of almost 1 ha, defining the types of building occupation according to housing units with two aggregation models, of 3 and 2 flats respectively.

Once the distribution of the models was defined, the architectures were subjected to a customization process which, depending on the location, provided for the assignment of different volumetric combinations.

The compositional criterion, since all the modules are 140 m2, used logics that would minimize distribution spaces, while letting the creation of loggias, flexible and resilient spaces.

The technological finishing treatment has introduced home automation and energy saving principles, while the choice of materials privileges the use of environmentally sustainable solutions.
