MONTOGGIO VILLA

The house fits into a context characterised by a steep slope.

The idea is to reconceptualise the model of a villa with a garden, placing it on the roof, directly connected with the pedestrian access routes.

The driveway comes instead from below. In this way the single-storey house becomes a crossing space.

The swimming pool is placed at the level of the living areas and establishes a strong relationship between inside and outside.
